Alleged madman stabs elderly woman to death

TRELAWNY, Jamaica — Police have reported that a 21-year-old man, said to be of unsound mind, stabbed a 70-year-old newspaper vendor to death in Trelawny this morning.

The woman was identified as Joycelin Gomez of Wakeland Drive in the parish.
