Body found in Cross Roads

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Half Way Tree Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a male that was found on Caledonia Avenue in Cross Roads, St Andrew on Thursday, October 20.

The body is of dark complexion, medium build and about 173 centimetres (5 feet 8 inches) long. It was clad in a burgundy shirt and brown pants.

Reports from the Cross Roads Police are that about 5:30 am a passerby saw the body and summoned them. On arrival of the lawmen, the body was seen lying on the roadway with a wound to the head.

The police are asking anyone with information regarding the body to contact the Half Way Tree Criminal Investigations Branch at 926-2551, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
