Body of missing university professor found in Grenada
ST GEORGE’S, Grenada (CMC) – The Grenada police on Friday said they had discovered the partially decomposing body of a 36-year-old university professor who had gone missing on December 5.
The police said that body was found at a location “south of the island” and that Akim Frank, who had been named as a person of interest and had surrendered to law enforcement authorities on Friday “remains in police custody assisting with their investigations”.

On Thursday night the police reported a breakthrough in their investigations into the disappearance of Canadian born Professor Linnea Veinotte after seizing a vehicle here.
They said the lecturer at the American owned St George’s University disappeared on December 5 after leaving her residence at Lance Aux Epines, on the outskirts of the capital.
