Haitian among listed wanted men in St James

ST JAMES, Jamaica — A Haitian man is among 19 men said to be wanted by the police for murders, shooting and wounding in the St James Division.

The men range from ages 19 to 44 and most of them are affiliated with gangs.

The police are urging these men are being urged to turn themselves in to the police immediately.

Wanted are:

1. Kegan Beckford, otherwise called ‘Beckham’ and ‘Shane’, 25, of Green Pond, Mount Salem. He is wanted for murder and shooting with intent of a police officer and is affiliated with the ‘One Umbrella Gang’.

2. Ishamar Campbell, otherwise called ‘Isha’, 22, of Jarrett Terrace, Mount Salem. He is wanted for a shooting in Mount Salem and is affiliated with the ‘Junglist Gang’.

3. David Thomas, otherwise called ‘Radigon’, 24, of Tucker, Granville. He is wanted for murder in Hampton district, St James, and is affiliated with the ‘Mexican Gang’.

4. Nerral Barrett, otherwise called ‘Bona’, 31, of Terrado Heights, Coral Gardens. He is said to frequent the Ironshore and Flower Hill areas of St James and is wanted for wounding with intent.

5. Ron Samuels, 21, of Bottom Road, Salt Spring, Montego Bay. He is wanted for murder and frequents the areas of Rae Pasture, Angie lane, Mount Salem, and Mount Carey in the parish. He is affiliated with the ‘Wrong Turn’, ‘Unknown’ and ‘Supermarket’ gangs.

6. Andre Hall, otherwise called ‘Beenie’, 31, of Central Avenue, Flankers. He is wanted for shooting with intent and frequents Somerton, Adelphi, Peace View, and Albion in St James, as well as Bridgeport, St Catherine. He is affiliated with the ‘Sparta Gang’.

7. Junior Lawrence of Granville, who is wanted for murder in the Hopeton district area of the parish. He is affiliated with the ‘Joe Gang’.

8. Cordel Reid, otherwise called ‘Ramus’, 25, of Gutters, Granville, who is wanted for shooting. He is affiliated with the ‘Joe Gang’.

9. Kevin Tobias otherwise called ‘Bredda Bwoy’ of Crawford, Mount Salem. He is of brown complexion, slim build and is about five-feet-four-inches tall. He is wanted for a murder on Piggott Street in the parish and is said to frequent Crawford Street, Lilliput and Barrett Town in St James. He is affiliated with the ‘Alliance Gang’.

10. Raceen Reid, otherwise called ‘Chaniel’, of Copperwood, Cambridge. He is of brown complexion, slim build, about five-feet-eight-inches tall and has tattoos all over his body. He is wanted for wounding with intent and frequents the Charles Gordon Market in St James.

11. Marshall Dillion, otherwise called ‘Rasta’, of Norwood, Montego Bay. He is wanted for murder and wounding with intent.

12. Patrick Tomlinson, otherwise called ‘Yellow’, of Burnt Ground, Spring Mount. He is an albino, about five-feet-10-inches tall and sports a dreadlock hairstyle. He is wanted for wounding with intent.

13. Devon Reid, 24, of Cassava Walk, Albion, who is wanted for murder.

14. Joel Gefrard, 44, a Haitian national who resides in Copperwood district, Anchovy. He is of dark complexion, medium build and about five-feet-seven-inches tall. He frequents the Howard Cooke Boulevard where he sells fruits and Marl Road, Mount Carey in St James. He is wanted for wounding with intent.

15. Deandre Harris, otherwise called ‘Slick’, 19, of Clarks Street, Mount Salem. He is of dark complexion, medium build and about five-feet-eight-inches tall. He is wanted for the murder of a District Constable and is affiliated with the ‘Junglist Gang’.

16. Sheldon Grey, otherwise called ‘Red Crime’ and ‘Yellow Tape’, of Granville, St James, who is wanted for shooting. He is affiliated with the ‘Big Yard Gang’.

17. Kemar , otherwise called ‘Pops’, 20, of Bottom Pen, Glendevon who is wanted for murder. He frequents Rose Heights and Montego Bay in St James.

18. Steven Malcolm otherwise called ‘Bulby’, who is of dark complexion, medium build and about five-feet-11-inches) tall. He is wanted for shooting and wounding with intent and frequents Canterbury, Montego Bay, St James.

19. Deshane Hyatt, otherwise called ‘Joe’, of Glendevon, Montego Bay. He is of brown complexion, slim build and about five-feet-three-inches) tall. He is wanted for shooting with intent.

The police are advising the public that it is a criminal offence to harbour these individuals and persons who are providing a safe haven for them will be prosecuted. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of these men is strongly urged to contact the Montego Bay Criminal Investigation Branch at 953-6191, Crime Stop at 311, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
