JTA extends sympathy to relatives of slain teacher
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Teachers’ Association (JTA) is extending sympathy to the relatives of 42-year-old Gail Anderson, former principal of Hope Village early childhood institution in Manchester, who died under tragic circumstances on Thursday, March 31.
JTA South Central Regional Officer, Doran Dixon, visited the institution on Monday and expressed to the staff and school family the JTA’s “sympathy and sadness”, a release from the organisation said.
Dixon also extended sympathy to the relatives of Cassandra York-Roberts of Maggoty High School in St Elizabeth, and the family of Jennifer Fearon Rodney of Gregory Park Primary who also died recently.
