Sigma Run early registration ends January 20
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Sagicor Foundation has announced that the early registration for the 2017 Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run is now open and will run until Friday, January 20.
The annual run will be held on February 19, at 7:30 am under the theme ‘run for the fun, donate for the cause’.
The 19th Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run is being staged under the patronage of Father Richard Ho Lung, Yohan Blake and Tessanne Chin.
According to a new release from the Sagicor Foundation, registrants who sign up before or on January 20, under a corporate team, will pay only $1,100. Individual registrants, who sign up before or on January 20, pay $1,500 and will receive a complimentary, official 2017 Sagicor Sigma Run T-shirt.
Individual registration costs $1,500, without the official Sigma Run T-shirt after January 20. Individual registrants can still get the Official Sagicor Sigma Run T-shirt after January 20 if they choose to sign up at a cost of $2,000.
All registration for the 2017 staging of Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run 2017 will close on February 7.
Sagicor Group said it has set out to raise $60 million to contribute to three beneficiaries — the Bethlehem Home, which is operated by Missionaries of the Poor and caters to abandoned children and babies; the Spanish Town Hospital Paediatric Unit; and the Mandeville Hospital Paediatric Unit.
Donations to support this year’s beneficiaries can be made via pledge forms, local donors may make cheques payable to Sagicor Foundation or Sigma Run 2017 and deposit at any Sagicor Bank location islandwide or deposit cash to account number – 5502326386.
