Wednesday, September 19, 2012 | 7:48 AM
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Corporal Dwayne Smart will appear in the Home Circuit Court today, when his attorney is expected to make bail application on his behalf.
The date was set when Smart appeared in court for the first time Monday since being charged with murder for the shooting death of eight-month pregnant St Thomas resident Kay-Ann Lamont.
Lamont was killed in the Yallahs Square, and her sister shot and injured.
Attorney Valerie Neita Robertson is representing Smart.
