A 30 year-old security guard, who has been accused of stealing an ABM card and withdrawing money from the account, was remanded in custody Thursday when he appeared in the Morant Bay Resident Magistrate’s Court in St Thomas. He is to reappear in court on February 7.

The man, Michael Prince, otherwise called “Pinchers” of Dumphries Crescent in Morant Bay, allegedly stole the ABM card from an 86 year-old man on January 29. She was taken to the May Pen Hospital then transferred to the Kingston Public Hospital where she died at about 5:20 pm. on Thursday January 10.

Investigations by the May Pen Police revealed that Fisher’s daughter had made a report to the Police on January 7, stating that her father had sexually assaulted her on a number of occasions. On returning home later that same day she was allegedly set upon and stabbed several times.

Fisher is scheduled to appear in the May Pen Resident Magistrate’s Court on Monday, February 4.
