Whylie to chair new board of Broadcasting Commission
DWIGHT Whylie has been appointed chairman of the board of the Broadcasting Commission.
The nine-member board, which was appointed recently by the governor general, after consultation with the prime minister and the leader of the opposition, will serve for five years.
Whylie along with Dr Simon Clarke, Colonel Oscar Derby, Hector Bernard and Canon Peter Mullings are the new members.
Beverely Pereira, Dr Hopeton Dunn, Rosemarie Vernon, and Erica Gordon have been re-appointed.
