Esher Primary gets ‘Obama’ inspiration guide
LUCEA, Hanover –
Dozens of students from the Esher Primary School in Hanover’s Lucea last week received copies of a daily time management guide developed by social worker Archibald Edwards.
The organiser, dubbed the “Obama Inspirational Guide” is a daily manual which provides students with a list of seven basic activities to achieve each day. The outline is designed to help students plan their daily activities and facilitate the monitoring of their progress by parents.
“Research has shown that it is those persons who are organised who eventually become successful in life. What this manual does is allow the child to list his/her daily activities and to state at the end of the day whether they achieved the task.”
The manual is now available in schools throughout Hanover and according to Edwards, will soon be available in the wider western region.
