Orange CC meet Farm Heights Saturday

ORANGE, St James

Orange Cricket Club, leaders in the St James Cricket Association’s parish league will relaunch their bid for a fourth straight win and a place in the semi-finals of the St James Cricket Association’s domestic league when they host Farm Heights at Orange on Saturday in one of four games scheduled.

Orange leads the eight teams league with maximum 30 points from three wins followed by four teams on 20 points – Riahs, MoBay Cricket Club (MBCC), Cambridge CC and Roehampton CC while Farm Heights and Overton CC on 10 points and Granville CC still to score.

Riahs, winners of two straight will play Granville CC at Barnett Oval; Cambridge hosts Overton at Cambridge while MBCC and Roehampton will meet at Roehampton.

Meanwhile the St James CA decided on Monday that games from last week’s round of matches that were not played due to the Test match between the West Indies and England will be played on February 28th while the game between Farm Heights and Roehampton that was to be played on January 10th will now be played on February 22nd.
