Kylie Minogue strips at 41 for breast cancer campaign

Four years after she beat breast cancer, Kylie Minogue is raising awareness of the disease in a stunning new campaign.

The 41-year-old strips off and wears nothing but a smile and silk sheet with the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer logo across in a striking image taken by acclaimed photographer Mario Testino.

Joining Minogue in the revealing new campaign, which kicked off yesterday, are pregnant supermodel Claudia Schiffer and actress Sienna Miller.

Minogue’s involvement in the campaign comes nearly five years after she was diagnosed with the disease in May 2005.

The new images coincide with the launch of the new Target campaign, which raises money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer in partnership with various retail outlets.

The campaign has raised over £10.5million for the charity since it launched in 1996.

Thirty per cent of items on sale for the campaign will go directly to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

John Travolta claims ‘Scientology helped him cope after son’s death’

John Travolta says Scientology has helped him cope following the tragic death of his 16-year-old son Jett last year.

The 56-year-old actor, who is currently in Australia for the F1 Grand Prix, revealed Jett’s death shook his family, but they have “leaned on” their religion to get through the traumatic time. He said: “It’s something that has been very difficult, but I am getting a lot of help in dealing with it.”

Travolta, who has a nine-year-old daughter Ella with wife Kelly Preston, also said his son’s death made him rethink his priorities in life.

Jett, who suffered from the rare Kawasaki disease, died of a seizure in a downstairs bathroom on January 2nd, 2009, while on holiday in the Bahamas with his family.

Perez Hilton gets into the circus spirit for his 32nd birthday bash in LA

Celebrities at showbiz gossip and blogger Perez Hilton’s 32nd birthday party in Los Angeles looked like they were ready to run away and join the circus as he celebrated with a carnival theme.

Dressed head to toe in a gold lamé suit and matching shoes, he greeted his celebrity guests as they arrived at the party at Paramount Studios, Hollywood on Saturday night.

Spice Girl Mel B gave the classic ringmaster look a sexy twist with tight red satin trousers, tight high black boots, bustier and top hat while clutching an unusually designed whip.

Leona, on the other hand, gave a more sophisticated to the typical circus clown costume, emulating the classic Pierrot in black satin, with a neck ruffle and delicate design painted round her right eye.

Singer Katy Perry, who was without fiancé Russell Brand, arrived and looked stunning in a sexy and very revealing red sequinned ringmaster leotard.

According to Perez’s updates on his Twitter page, the I Kissed A Girl star serenaded the birthday boy and sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to him from on top of an elephant.
