But has Lady GaGa possibly taken things too far? The singer was slammed by horrified fans after she pretended to be murdered and eaten on stage by a crazed psycho killer, just hours after the horrific shooting spree across Cumbria County in North West England.

The scene on stage came as Cumbrians were still coming to terms with the mass slaughter perpetrated by cab driver Derrick Bird, 52, who killed 12 in a gun rampage before turning the gun on himself. One mother who took her 14-year-old daughter to the show said: “I was absolutely sickened at what I saw. It was extremely tasteless to see her pretend to be attacked in such a gory way.
