SmartCard donation
Violet Hutchinson (left), human resources manager at the Jamaica Urban Transit Company’s Spanish Town depot, presents a commitment letter from the company to Zellmar Daley for a SmartCard, valued at $5,000 per month, for six months and renewable at the end of the six-month period. The SmartCard will help Daley, a resident of Old Harbour Bay, to lower his transporation expenses as he undertakes his studies at the University of the West Indies, Mona. Sharing in the occasion are Allison Campbell (second from right), a human resource clerk at the depot as she displays the SmartCard, and Camoy Daley, Zellmar’s brother, who is employed as a mechanic at the depot and who sought the assistance for Zellmar.
