Donovan Lewis resigns from NCB board
National Commercial Bank (NCB) has announced the resignation of board member Donovan Lewis
In a release to the Jamaica Stock Exchange on Thursday, NCB announced that Lewis resigned as a director of the company, NCB (Cayman) Limited, NCB Capital Markets (Cayman) Limited and NCB Remittance Services (Cayman) Limited, effective January 1, 2011.
The firm advised has advised that Lewis was a member of the Audit Committee but his resignation was “…not due to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee, or his ability to properly carry out the functions, delegated by the Board.”
