Jay-Z hosts New Year party as he’s joined by Beyoncé and Rihanna

The champagne was in full flow as Jay-Z hosted a New Year party in Las Vegas, which was bubbling with some of the biggest stars in the entertainment industry.

Joining the rapper was his wife Beyoncé, along with Rihanna, Gwyneth Paltrow, her husband Chris Martin, Kanye West, Jennifer Lopez and Florence Welch.

The stars were out in force for the grand opening of The Cosmopolitan, a $3.9-billion hotel on the famous Strip.

Following a gig which included performances from Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Coldplay’s Chris Martin, the celebs partied until the wee hours at the Marquee Nightclub in the hotel.

Beyoncé, 29, duetted with her 41-year-old husband to perform Forever Young and also teamed up with Chris Martin to sing her hit Halo, wearing a stunning low-cut dress.

John Mayer also made a surprise appearance, playing guitar with Jay-Z on his song 99 Problems.

Kanye West took over the DJ booth at 2:30 am and was joined by Jay-Z as they sang Runaway followed by Monster.

And not wanting to miss out, Rihanna performed her new track What’s My Name, looking glamorous in a red dress which matched her hair.

Other guests included Cameron Diaz and A-Rod, who jetted in fresh from their holiday in Mexico.

Rock that body! Fergie laps up the luxury on P Diddy’s boat in St Barts

She jetted in to the island by helicopter before performing at Roman Abramovich’s glitzy £5-million New Year’s Eve party, and seems in no hurry to return to America just yet.

Fergie was making the most of her time in St Barts on Sunday, living it up aboard Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs’s monster yacht.

And always quick to show off her humps, Fergie struggled to contain her curves in a gold bikini.

The curvy singer was wearing a gold halter-neck bikini which sported considerable cleavage as she sunned herself aboard the boat.

‘I don’t find myself as sexy as everyone thinks,’ says Kim Kardashian as she poses in a corset for Glamour

Striking her most sultry pose in a laced corset, Kim Kardashian is doing her hardest to look like a sex symbol.

But while she may look the part, she claims she doesn’t always feel it.

“I don’t find myself as sexy as everyone thinks,” she said. “I’m a lot more insecure than people would assume, but with little stupid things. When I get dressed, I’m always so indecisive. I was always by the book, such the straight arrow when it came to pleasing my parents and being a good daughter. I felt like this was one decision that only I could make. And I think it looks great. I’ll have those pictures forever.”

But while she is constantly photographed and her looks emulated, Kim said she had to learn to love the way she looked.

“It’s a process. You have to learn to accept it. You have to learn to like what you see in the mirror. There are definitely times when I don’t feel like myself, but you have to fake it until you make it,” she said.
