STOKE City manager Tony Pulis says that he will sad to lose Ricardo Fuller should the Jamaican international complete his £3 million move to fellow English Premier League Club Sunderland this week.
“Ric’s been a great player for this football club. He has been one of my favourites here and I’m sure he is to most of the supporters,” Pulis told the BBC.
The 31-year-old Fuller has scored 48 goals in 177 games for Stoke.
The former Tivoli Gardens player helped Stoke gain promotion to the top tier of English football in 2008 following a his £500,000 transfer from Southampton in 2006.
He has scored three times in nine league starts this season.
