HAWAIIAN GETAWAY

It did not look like superstar actor Will Smith needed to lose Seven Pounds as he enjoyed a tropical holiday with his kids. The Men In Black star was in great shape as he splashed around with son Jaden and daughter Willow on the paradise island of Hawaii. The Philadelphia-born 42-year-old donned a pair of calflength blue swimming shorts as he enjoyed the sunshine.

The Fresh Prince lapped up the chance to spend some quality time with his kids after an intense period of filming. A holidaymaker said: “It is hard to believe Will is 42, as he looks in almost as good shape as he did in the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. It was great to see him having fun with his kids, and they look like such a close family.”

Karate Kid Jaden, 13, loved playing on the beach, and got a good workout as he mucked around with other children. Pint-sized singing star Willow, 10, preferred to laze around away from the action and pick up music tips from rapper Will. Will was enjoying a well-earned break after he finished filming for the latest part of the Men In Black series this month. He had been in New York since February recording scenes for the franchise’s third movie along with fellow MIB veteran Tommy Lee Jones.

Movie insiders are expecting it to be a huge hit when it is released next year. And there was more good news for fans of Big Willie this month, as Transformers director Michael Bay said he wants to direct another entry to the Bad Boys series. He said: “We talk about Bad Boys III. It’s hard to get our schedules together but it’s great working with those guys.”

The film will see Will team up again with Big Momma’s House star Martin Lawrence as hip Miami detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett.

Need Harry’s invisible cloak?

After saying an emotional farewell to the Harry Potter franchise at the final film premiere on Thursday night, Emma Watson emerged from her London hotel all covered up.

The 21-year-old actress was dressed in a pair of black skinny jeans, a brown trench coat and a black trilby hat perched on the crown of her head.

Emma, who couldn’t help but break down in tears as she joined her co-stars at the premiere in Leicester Square on Thursday night, wore a pair of black Ray Ban wayfarers, perhaps hiding the effects of the Potter after-party at Old Billingsgate Market in London.

The actress, who brought the character of Hermione Granger to life on screen, said: “It’s overwhelming to try to find the words to say what I want to say, but I have been so privileged to play this role and be a part of these films. I’ve had the most amazing 10 years of my life. Thank you so much.” And after jetting into London for a few days to conduct interviews and to attend the premiere itself, Emma hadn’t planned to stay in the UK for long heading straight to Heathrow airport after leaving her hotel on Friday. Emma will be appearing in a one-hour Harry Potter special programme hosted by Larry King, which will be aired in America on CNN on Sunday.

That doesn’t cut it!

As Edward Cullen on Twilight he has always been seen with a messy, long and thick head of hair. But many fans may be shocked to see what Robert Pattinson has done to his locks lately.

The 25-year-old Twilight actor emerged with a new short haircut in Toronto, Canada, recently. But the new style leaves nothing to be desired. The effect appears as though he either attempted the cut on a night out with the boys or, God forbid, has begun balding at a very young age. But fans can find solace that the cut is all in the name of art.

In his new movie Cosmopolis, Robert plays billionaire Eric Packer, who spends the entire film attempting to cross Manhattan in his luxurious limo in order to get a haircut. The actor showed off his new ‘do in a pair of jeans and a black printed T-shirt.

He looked bemused and bleary eyed as he left the set, attributed to a very late night of shooting. And while he was clearly exhausted, he was still able to squeeze in some time for his girlfriend Kristen Stewart. The 21-year-old arrived in a SUV and was met by Robert’s bodyguard, escorting her straight to her boyfriend’s trailer, along with his dog Bear, whom she brought along for a visit.

Robert will be seen with his more familiar big hair in the first part of the Twilight film Breaking Dawn, which will be released in the US this November. Cosmopolis will be released next year.
