Someone Like You can move in with me!

People Post

She’s used her heartbreak to spawn the lyrics for two hit albums, but let’s hope Adele draws just as much inspiration from being in love. The soul sensation only went public with her new boyfriend, Simon Konecki, during a romantic break to Miami recently. But the pair is so smitten they are already house-hunting to find a place to move in together. The Chasing Pavements hitmaker, 23, is reportedly looking to find a property near Simon’s home and business — Drop4Drop in Brighton, Adele, started dating the 36-year-old in October. A friend of the star tells Heat magazine: “This is the happiest Adele’s been in a long while. She spends a lot of time with him and they’ve even been house-hunting. His work is based in Brighton, so she’s been looking nearby in Billingshurst, West Sussex. They want to set up home together.” The pair reportedly met when she showed an interest in his charity, which delivers fresh and efficient water to places where it’s needed. And after immediately hitting it off they went on their first date at The Ginger Fox pub in West Sussex, where Simon treated the singer to lunch. A source adds: “They were holding hands across the table. It was really sweet. They looked smitten, but they left pretty quickly to avoid attention. And he paid!” She told The Sun in August: “For husband material it ranges from Leonardo DiCaprio to Zach Galifianakis. I like all sizes, it doesn’t matter — if they make me laugh I am on it.”

Michael Kors is latest designer to spark controversy with ‘Afriluxe’ fashion shoot

When Donna Karan’s Haiti-shot campaign sparked controversy last month for using two seemingly poverty-stricken black teenagers simply to set the scene, Michael Kors must have considered scrapping some of the spring 2012 promotional photographs they had already shot. Given the similarities in staging to the Donna Karan campaign — both use black people as ‘extras’ in the photographs — Michael Kors must have anticipated a negative reaction. Despite that, the firm appear to have made the decision to leave the images unaltered. The images that accompany the US designer’s Afriluxe collection include a picture that shows two white people apparently on a very stylish safari, while a black guide almost merges into the background. Yet again a campaign has used dark-skinned people simply to set the scene. It is possible that Kors considered their campaign to be less controversial, given that they dressed the black guide in designer clothes from the collection. Both adverts could be considered insensitive, but are they racist? After all, worse offences have been committed in the name of fashion.

The morning after the night before?

Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana made a sharp — and separate — exit from a house in Los Angeles recently. The pictures capture the rumoured couple leaving the same place in West LA within minutes of each other — and appears to confirm the pair are indeed sharing an off-screen relationship. The Hangover actor, who turned 37 recently, and Avatar star Zoe, 33, are currently filming The Words. Last month they were snapped sharing a kiss as they shot films for the movie. And a newly-released publicity still shows the pair lounging around in bed together, their bodies entwined. According to People magazine, the pair was spotted out together in Los Angeles on Saturday night at the supper club Greystone Manor. An onlooker told the publication: “They were flirting and talking by the DJ booth,” adding that they were sitting by Paris Hilton and her rumoured boyfriend DJ Afrojack.
