The University College of the Caribbean (UCC) launched its foundation (UCCF), in conjunction with the launch of the book CARICOM: Perspectives on its Pertinence in the 21st Century by UCC Chancellor Sir Kenneth Hall Tuesday last at Kings House. We share highlights.
