Aidonia and Tifa rock ‘City Beach’

DANCEHALL deejay Aidonia and ‘certified diva’ Tifa rocked downtown Kingston recently at the Red Stripe Light Flavours City Beach event held in front of the Ward Theatre.

The ‘City Beach’ created was complemented by beach balls, beach chairs and Red Stripe Light beach babes. With DJ Liquid spinning the hits on the turntables and complementary Red Stripe Light lime, ginger and apple flowing throughout the afternoon, the tone was set for a great day.

Consumers participated in several games throughout the afternoon with the chance of winning buckets of Red Stripe Light. Persons were intrigued by the penalty kick game where they were challenged to score between or over an obstacle of Red Stripe Light crates. Both men and women lined up in droves to take part, with the women almost equalling the men in goals scored.

The games got more challenging and exciting when ‘The Splasher’ was introduced. After scoring a penalty, persons had to hit a target. If they were on point, a balloon filled with water was released on a Red Stripe hostess sitting beneath the balloon.

After the fun and games, Tifa and Aidonia took to the stage, performing their hits for the patrons.

Red Stripe launched its flavour-infused light beer first in October with ginger and apple. Recently, the company introduced the lime flavour and also improved the apple flavour.

The books close on Tuesday; the board deck used to take until Friday. Claude now works inside both Excel and PowerPoint — and because the two add-ins share one conversation, this month’s numbers flow from the workbook into the deck without a single copy-paste.
