Heidi Klum has spoken publicly for the first time to deny she had an affair with her bodyguard while married to Seal, claiming she never looked at another man when they were together.

The former supermodel opens up about the allegations levelled at her by Seal during an interview for the new Katie Couric TV show. She broke her silence to tell Couric that she had been completely faithful to Seal during their seven-year marriage and has been left devastated by claims she cheated on him. Seal had suggested his 39-year-old estranged wife was sleeping with bodyguard Martin Kristen after they were photographed together in Italy.

The singer said: “I would have preferred Heidi to have shown a little bit more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help.” A spokesman for German-born Klum denied the claim, and Seal later retracted his statement and said he had not meant to suggest she had cheated on him during their marriage.

In her sit-down interview with Couric, Klum insisted she had been faithful. According to the New York Post she said of Seal’s comments: “It was a unique choice of words. I’m used to it. Other people aren’t. When we were together, I never looked at another man.”

Sheer daring!

With her see-through black top and lacy black bra, Halle Berry cut a striking figure on the red carpet at the Toronto Film Festival over the weekend. The 46-year-old star took the plunge in the patterned top at the premiere of her forthcoming film Cloud Atlas, based on the David Mitchell novel.

And her ensemble was made even more memorable with a bright blue alligator-print style suit. Dangling earrings and subtle black eye make-up completed the look. The star happily signed autographs and met fans outside the Princess of Wales Theatre in the Canadian city, before chatting to her co-star Tom Hanks who also met fans.

Hanks and Berry play a number of different characters in the film, which moves between several different interconnected storylines. “That was exciting,” Halle told Toronto’s City TV about the chance to play several different characters. “That was one of those dream-come-true situations. That was a challenge and a lot of fun every day.”

She critiques outfits worn by the stars every week on her E! TV programme Fashion Police. But perhaps Joan Rivers could have taken some fashion advice herself last weekend as she graced the stage for the Pride Night Parade.

While she kept it safe by donning an all-black ensemble of trousers and a T-shirt, the 79-year-old star made sure to get all the attention with a bright floor-length coat. While boasting multi-colour stripes in her short curly hair, Joan arrived in a jacket boasting a shiny yellow hue on the exterior. The eccentric celebrity then went on to open up the item, revealing more shades as she attempted to make a circle shape by lifting the material over her head.

She was joined at the event by funny ladies Margaret Cho and Kathy Griffin and they all had look-alike drag queens to accompany them, before heading off to have some fun at the city’s Venetian resort. She wrote on Twitter: “Just got off stage at LV Pride with @margaretcho and @kathygriffin — going on stage at the Venetian now!” Joan later made reference to the event’s attendees and poked fun at recent controversy surrounding actor John Travolta.
