Mariah Carey, the newest American Idol judge, and her husband of four years Nick Cannon offered a candid glimpse into their home life with their fraternal twins, as they posted a series of snaps on the youngsters’ official website.

In the intimate pictures spanning six months, Moroccan and Monroe are seen flaunting their designer duds on a balcony, splashing in the posh pool, and getting snuggles from their doting parents.

In one amusing shot, little ‘Roc is seen covering his face while clad in Ralph Lauren, and little ‘Roe struts along in her diva shades and cute red dress featuring butterflies — her famous mother’s favourite insect.

The 42-year-old pop superstar, whose net worth was estimated at more than $500 million last year, spares no expense when it comes to spoiling her adorable toddlers.

At their lavish black-tie birthday party earlier this year, the tots were gifted a toy Ferrari, rocking horse, and miniature white piano while celebrating at the Plaza Athenee in Paris.

The $1m sole secret?

A professional poker player who owns 1,200 pairs of designer shoes, including 700 pairs of Christian Louboutins, is starting her own lower-priced footwear line.

Beth Shak, whose own shoe collection is valued at nearly $1million which she keeps in a password-protected closet, has decided to bring her love of heels to the masses, pricing her newly designed shoes between $160 and $190.

The 42-year-old told the New York Post: “My almost-18-year-old daughter wasn’t happy having a mom that travelled and was gambling. She kept saying, ‘Why don’t you design a shoe line?’ and one day I was like, ‘You know, she’s right'”.

Earlier this year, Shak’s ex-husband, former New York hedge-fund manager Daniel Shak, sued her over her shoe accumulation, claiming she failed to disclose their value in their divorce.

The case was dropped, however, after his claim that he had never noticed her vast collection because of its ‘secret room’ location in their home in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

The mother of three, who started buying designer shoes in 2004, amassing her enormous collection in just eight years, said she treats herself to a pair of red-soled Christian Louboutins each time she plays a poker tournament.

She lied to me!

Wyclef Jean claims ex-lover and bandmate Lauryn Hill lied to him about the paternity of her son.

The hip-hop star had an affair with the singer during The Fugees’ heyday in the 90s – and says one of the reasons they split was because Lauryn tricked him into believing her firstborn son was his.

In fact, the father was Bob Marley’s son Rohan. In an extract from his new book Purpose, published in the New York Post, it says: “In that moment something died between us. I was married and Lauryn and I were having an affair, but she led me to believe that the baby was mine, and I couldn’t forgive that. She could no longer be my muse. Our love spell was broken.”

Wyclef has previously hinted the romance was the catalyst for the group’s split in 1997. This is not the first scandal Lauryn – who has five other children – has faced in recent months.

In June, she pleaded guilty to tax evasion. She could face up to three years in jail – one for each count of evasion – and was released on $150,000 bail. She will face sentencing in November.
