Motion Wine from Synnus
Budding deejay artiste Synnus has got a lot of attention recently with the self-produced single Motion Wine. It was released on his Warm & Easy Records label.
“Right now Motion Wine is doing very well, the girls go crazy when they hear it and everywhere it’s played because it’s the kind of song that makes people just want to dance,” said Synnus, who plans to step up promotion for the song.
Synnus is also getting ready to release several new singles.
“I have been very busy in the studio recording a lot of new tracks that I plan to release soon. Two of these are King Solomon and Swear In,” he said.
Wait worth it for Tony Roy
Singer Tony Roy is savouring the success of his song Jus’ Gwaan which recently topped the Hot 102 FM chart.
The song is from his debut album Waiting List which is distributed in the United States by Mudies Records, and in Stringbean International Records.
“It does not surprise me (that the song made number one) due to the feedback I have been getting from the start,” said Roy, who lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
He is scheduled to perform at the first anniversary show for nightflightradio.net at Mt Vernon Catering Hall in New York City on October 27.

The 16th World Creole Music Festival (WCMF) runs from October 26-28 and pays homage to Dominican music legend Jeff Joseph, who passed away in November 2011. Joseph helped expose zouk and compa music internationally during the 1970s.
Trinidadian soca acts KES the Band and Michael Allan have released new singles in time for next year’s Trinidad Carnival. Allan’s song is Carnival Baby, while KES’ track is Come for Dat.
Trinidadian reggae singer Rizon has released his latest single and video Preserve. The track is taken from his debut album Liberate.
