Water supply disruption in St James, Trelawny
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising customers served by the Martha Brae Number Two Treatment Plant in Trelawny, that they will experience a disruption in their water supply on Tuesday, October 30, between the hours of 8:00 am to 04:00 pm. This is to facilitate urgent maintenance work at the facility, the NWC says..
Some customers in the affected areas will experience low water pressure or no water over the stipulated period.
Areas to be affected in Trelawny include: Falmouth, Granville, Green Park, Shawfield, Silver Sands, Wiltshire, Duncans Bay, Carey Park, Stewart Castle, Salt Marsh, Davis Pen, Hague, Hague Housing Scheme, Hammersmith and Retreat Heights.
Areas to be affected in St James include: Greenwood, Lilliput, Barrett Town, Rosehall, Rhyne Park, Rose Vale Housing Scheme, Cornwall, Mount Zion, Palmyra, Spring Farm, Coral Gardens, Ironshore, Torado Heights, and Providence Heights.
