Auto show for MoBay on Sunday
MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica — DUMP Up Beach in Montego Bay, St James, is the venue for the Jamaica Motor Show this Sunday.
The event — which acts as a market for used- and new-car dealers — is hosted by Firm Marketing Agency in association with Scotiabank Jamaica. The show starts 10 am and ends at 6:00 pm.
“This year is going to be an amazing one despite the economic downturn. Scotiabank is back on board along with the RJR Group, Guardsman Alarm and Kia Motors Jamaica which are fully behind us. Plus, we have made additions to this year’s show to ensure the entire family and our fans enjoy themselves by adding a Children’s Village,” said Ian Lyn, Firm Agency’s CEO.
“We can confirm that multiple car brands can be expected at the 2013 Jamaica Motor Show (JMS) in Montego Bay. In January this year, patrons left satisfied having seen the good deals on hand,” he continued.
Lyn, convener of the JMS 2013, staged the first leg at the Police Officers’ Club in St Andrew in January.
“We’re thrilled to offer this platform to Jamaicans to get affordable car deals in the current economic times, as well as to offer a unique market for players in the used and new-car dealer market,” he said.
