Kaj Designs does Intermezzo

Tobago-based fashion house Kaj Designs recently exhibited its newest resort collection, Tribu Sauvage, at the influential Intermezzo Collections show in the USA. The show, which is a staple on the US fashion trade circuit, affords designers the opportunity to position their brand for retailers purchasing ready-to-wear pieces for the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter fashion markets. It also features an impressive roster of globally renowned fashion exhibitors like Tracy Reese, Nicole Miller, 7 For All Mankind and J Brand.

The Tribu Sauvage pieces are stylish, edgy and easy to wear with a comfortable fit and luxurious finish, transitioning well from a relaxing resort setting to fast-paced city life, or day to evening. Think bold tribal infusions against a backdrop of wild animal and trendy camouflage prints in jersey knits and indulgent silk blends… perfect for the sophisticated, discerning woman.”Succeeding in reaching Intermezzo was no small feat, but it is only the beginning for us. Now we must capitalise on this stellar opportunity to sell our brand while ensuring we meet the demand of buyers, merchandisers and customers internationally,” Kaj Designs’ CEO Liza Miller tells AW.
