FYAH’s music burns on Flow
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The growing base of fans for Jamaica’s newest radio station, FYAH 105 FM now have another option for staying tuned to their new favourite music station. FYAH 105, ‘Jamaica’s Hit Music Station’ has been added to the line-up of local radio stations whose broadcasts are carried on the Flow cable network. It can be found on Flow Channel 918.
Ronnie Sutherland, general manager of S&B Communications Limited operators of FYAH 105 remarked, “We are particularly excited about being on FLOW because of the clarity of the audio signal on the various radio channels and the islandwide reach of the network. FYAH is available ‘over-air’ all across Jamaica and so we are happy to be on a cable distribution network that has the same geographic orientation.”
“Over the few months since the inception of FYAH 105, the station has emerged as a real companion to a rapidly growing audience base. It is our practice to listen to our listeners and being on Flow is just fulfilling a major request to increase the convenience of accessing the station,” Sutherland further added.
FYAH 105 FM broadcasts its current all-music format that plays from a playlist of top 40, classic hits, urban, reggae and dance hall, transmitting 24 hours nationwide on frequency 105 MHZ band. FYAH 105 identifies with a modern listenership base by way of a target-oriented music mix. The distinguishing feature being the consistently high-energy presentation of the station’s music selection that appeals particularly to a youthful demographic with a healthy appreciation for various genre of music be it reggae, dance hall, hip hop or R&B.

Since launching service in Jamaica in 2007, Flow has brought a number of innovations to cable television service, including the broadcast of local radio stations via its network.
