Taste Jamaica shines
Team Jamaica definitely stamped their presence on the 2013 staging of the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition. Led by team coach, chairman of the Culinary Federation of Jamaica, Dennis McIntosh, the members copped several awards, among them the coveted Chef of The Year award which went to Team Captain Brian Lumley.
