Thursday Life reconnected not only with the river but also the fabulous Belinda Gray of Belinda’s Riverside Canteen who served a tasty spread of rice and peas, pak choy, fried plantains, roast breadfruit, fried dumplings, crayfish, curry goat and Best Dressed stew chicken.
