Marjory Kennedy new JEA head
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Marjory Kennedy was on Thursday elected, unopposed, as the new president of the Jamaica Exporters’ Association (JEA) at the organisation’s 48th annual general meeting.
Kennedy succeeds Andrew Collins who did not seek re-election.
She had previously served in the capacity from November 2006 to November 2008.
The JEA board for 2014 includes immediate past president, Andrew Collins and vice-presidents: Lynden Nugent, Julian Rodney, Aswad Morgan and Paul Lewis.
Hernal Hamilton was returned as honorary treasurer. Elected directors are: Idelle Brown, Greta Bogues, Lisa Johnston, John Minott Jnr, Stephen Dawkins, Duncan Messado, David Yee Sing, and Roderick Francis Jnr.
