DIGICEL Business added data-driven vehicle management solution, f6, to its list of vehicle services offered in Jamaica.

The new service provides businesses with real-time data on driver behaviour and vehicle operation, which enables companies to better manage their fleet of vehicles while improving operational efficiencies and cutting costs.

By monitoring driver behaviour, tracking vehicles in real time and reproducing collision events, f6 enables businesses to improve driver safety and fuel consumption, reduce costs related to unjustified claims and maximise vehicle residual value.

The f6 software can generate customizable reports and services, including dangerous driving detection, automated crash reporting and detailed crash analysis.

The solution can be further tailored to generate a wide range of data based on the needs of the business; for example, if a company wants data on speeding drivers, the solution can be set to produce an alert once a driver exceeds a pre-determined speed limit.

An additional value of the solution is the driver identification component, which allows businesses to hold drivers accountable for the vehicles they operate.
