Princess Shemika scores for Fong

PATRICK Fong has been around for a long time. On Saturday last he got repaid for some of his hard work and his patience when his Princess Shemika, racing for only the second time in her career, got the job done in fouryear- old maiden company with Jevvane Erwin in the saddle.

This was Fong’s first win for the season from 14 starts.

Princess Shemika must have had her problems racing at four for only the second time, but she seems to have some ability and we will watch as she progresses. Congrats, Mr Fong.
