Sign of the Times

With the help of the Jamaica Tourist Board and just ahead of the release of Caribbean Potluck, their hotly anticipated cookbook, Michelle and Suzanne Rousseau added some spice to the New York Times Café, as guest chefs in celebration of Women’s History Month. With temperatures in the city hovering at 40 degrees, staffers at The Grey Lady got some welcome warmth from a flavour-packed menu featuring Grilled Chicken with Spicy West Indian Salsa Verde, Sweet Potato Gratin, Creole Sesame Spices Slaw and Spiced Jerk Cashews.
