It was easy like Sunday morning at Maxine Walters’ art exhibition, ‘Serious Tings A Go Happen’ last weekend at Harmony Hall in beautiful Tower Isle, St Mary.

The exhibition was an impressive showcase of dancehall and party signs that the self-described ‘culture vulture’ Walters has amassed over a 12-year stretch that sent her scurrying up light poles across the island to snatch the artistic work for which she had developed an affinity.

While the art exhibit was the calling card, the day also factored jewellery, clothing, and furniture vendors in the mix who showcased their wares on the lawns, and Toscanini restaurant was abuzz with diners enjoying Sunday brunch. Saturday Social features memorable moments.
