Cornwall College grabs 3 gold medals in Math Olympiad
THE Montego Bay, St James-based Cornwall College came away with the most gold medals in the 2014 Jamaican Mathematical Olympiad which concluded on March 22, 2014.
Cornwall College grabbed three gold medals in the event sponsored by the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, through Grade 7 student Devin McIntosh, Jason Hunter of Grade 9 and Aston Harris, Grade 10.
Campion College’s Grade 8 student Janai Shelton also copped gold as did Ardenne High’s Danielle Notice, a Grade 11 student.

We also thank your students, their parents and guardians, and all of you at Cornwall College for the dedication and enthusiastic support you’ve shown through the four rounds of this competition,” Raymond McEachin, chairman of the Olympiad Organising Committee said in a letter to Denham McIntyre, the principal of Cornwall College.
