Kingston Kiwanis launches Youth in Excellence project

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Minister of Education, Ronald Thwaites will speak at the Kiwanis Club of Kingston’s launch of its 2014 Youth in Excellence project at the New Kingston Conference Centre today, May 27.

The project, under the patronage of Governor General Sir Patrick Allen, identifies, recognizes and rewards young people between the ages of 13 and 25 years, who have achieved excellence in any of four areas; Academics, Sports, Leadership, and the Arts.
