Bolt not scared to face the Scots
GLASGOW, Scotland — Usain Bolt said a short while ago that he was not scared facing the Scots after he was alleged to have made comments that suggested he was putting down the country and the Commonwealth Games.
“I knew it was lie, so I wasn’t worried about coming out here… she (a British reporter) asked me how the games were and I said I haven’t done much as I have been in my room, and then she asked ‘if it was fun’ and I said, ‘I guess’… so I guess she just interpret that to mean that it was sh**ty or whatever. I did not appreciate that, but that’s how journalists are sometimes,” said the world record holder of sprint after anchoring Jamaica’s 4X100m team to victory in the semi-final heats here.
Jamaica have qualified for the final today.
