Rajae Forrest (RJ): The response has been very overwhelming since the infusion with Campari and So So Seafood, now called Phoenix Lounge at So So Seafood. As the only Campari “Red” Bar in Jamaica, it has sparked a lot of interest from our customers, to come and experience what it’s like, and has also encouraged them to indulge in the Campari mixes that we offer.

RJ: The most requested Campari cocktail would be the Phoenix, which is Campari and Cranberry juice.

TL: What are some of the other signature cocktails being offered?

RJ: Campari and a splash of Ting (Mission) Campari and a splash of Cranberry (Phoenix) Campari and a splash of Orange Juice (Fusion)

RJ: The best way to enjoy a Campari cocktail is to have it before a meal because it’s an aperitif, which stimulates the appetite before a meal.
