I am not feeling pain, so…
Relying on pain to tell youwhen there is a problemwith your body, is not ahealthy way to live.

I am not feeling pain, so…

Ask Your Chiropractor

EVER notice how when you stub your little toe, tears form in your eyes? The whole body is truly connected.

In terms of the nervous system, we are aware of less than three per cent of what’s going on in our bodies. That means that what we can feel through tickle, touch, hot/cold, numbness, tingling, pain, etc, is less than three per cent of everything that is happening in our body. Unfortunately, most people rely on that three per cent to tell them if they are healthy or not.

Can you feel your liver processing fat molecules? When you eat a doughnut, do you know how much insulin to secrete to store the sugar in your body? When was the last time you thought about converting and exchanging a couple of oxygen molecules for carbon dioxide molecules?

There are millions of processes occuring in the body every second. If these processes are not working correctly, over time, disease will manifest. If we wait for a disease to manifest and then try to deal with it, it is invariably much more costly and difficult. The best option is to ensure that our life energy is communicating with all the parts of the body. Every cell and tissue in your body is constantly replacing itself, save the nervous system that controls this process. Give your cells, tissues and body the very best chance at creating new healthy cells, rather than just replicating the same old, infected diseased ones. It is up to you to choose how you take care of yourself. When you make that choice, the chiropractor can greatly assist you.

Relying on pain to tell you when there is a problem is not a healthy way to live. Heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and arthritis have usually been manifesting as poor physiology in the body for 10 to 25 years, before they become apparent as physical disease. Millions of your cells die and are replaced on a regular basis. It is estimated that every seven years, your entire body (in terms of cells) has been replaced. Wouldn’t you think it best to incorporate a new natural care approach that assists these new cells to be healthy (such as chiropractic) over the next seven years of your life to give your cells and body the best chance at recreating itself better and stronger and healthier? Or, would you prefer to sit back like Johnny Bench and watch and wait with the traditional care practitioners to “see what happens”?

Well, I will tell you what happens: Things continue to worsen and manifest, and all the while every toxic pill, potion, lotion, and ineffective physiotherapy exercise is prescribed, you will become older, sicker and more frustrated; at which time, you will be told you are just “getting old” or “you have arthritis”. And what will be your prescribed care then? New pills, new potions, new lotions, more physiotherapy, stronger psychological pain “management,” and eventually invasive surgeries if you have the cash or the insurance coverage. And then you will die with the same conditions you have been dealing with your entire life plus the added side effects. That is the so-called global health care system.

Most people know they have heart disease only when they are dying, have a stroke or have a heart attack. This is not the ideal time to identify lifestyle choices which could benefit your physiology. If this does occur, it doesn’t necessarily mean that all hope is lost; although, it does become much riskier, more invasive and more complex.

Health is all about proper function: 100 per cent communication between the brain and the rest of the body; 100 per cent physical, mental and emotional well-being. Only you can take control of your health decisions and alternative natural wellness for the rest of your life. Stop allowing big insurance, Big Pharma and big medicine to dictate how you choose to live your life. It is time for the people to take back the power of healing which belonged to them in the first place. ‘

Health is not merely “feeling good”, or not being aware of pain because you are on strong painkillers. It is a way of life – the way to life. Your chiropractor is the only practitioner who innately understands and applies this. Your chiropractor is the only practitioner who profits from your getting healthy and your life improving, rather than your being sick. Your chiropractor wants you to get well. Everyone else, whether they are aware of it or not (and many are not), wants and needs for you to remain sick and diseased — because they treat sickness and disease. Don’t wait until it is too late and then go frantically searching for a miracle. You already are the miracle. Your chiropractor can help you realise that and apply it in your life.

Don’t forget to “Ask Your Chiropractor” every week where your questions may be published and answered in subsequent articles. Your attacker has an AI assistant too — what a security demonstration this month means for the way you approve payments
Every week this column shows what AI can do for a finance team. This week, the other side of the table: researchers used an AI assistant sitting inside a hacked mailbox to map a company, impersonate its chief executive, find a US$247,500 wire transfer waiting for approval, and redirect it.
