KINGSTON, Jamaica – The annual staging of Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run comprises a much anticipated entertainment package for participants, supporters and fans. In its 17-year history, some of Jamaica’s top performers have supported its annual charities by performing free of cost.

Sunday’s entertainment will include performances by Kabaka Pyramid, Duane Stephenson, Omari, Jermaine Edwards, Shuga, Agent Sasco, and the BEAM Dance Company led by Sodanne Browne. “Singy Singy” Tarrus Riley, who is also a patron of the 2015 Sigma Run, will perform as well.

“The line-up for Sunday’s staging promises to be a hit,” says Alysia Moulton-White, manager of Promotions and Public Relations at Sagicor. “We try to cater to the preferences of our audience and this year is no different. We have included contemporary performers who are performing free for charity.”

Voicemail, Tifa, Shaggy, Romain Virgo, and Silver Birds Steel Band are some of the acts who have supported the event which has managed to raise over $140 million to date.

Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run will kick off with a warm-up session at 6:45 at Emancipation Park, New Kingston. Race start times are 7:27am; 7:30am and 7:45 am for the wheelchair, run and walk events, respectively, from Knutsford Boulevard. Activities and entertainment follow in the park.
