Ryno seeking a Better Tomorrow
BLAK Ryno is pleased with response to his socially uplifting single, Better Tomorrow.
The track, released in January, is on the Justus Arison’s imprint — JA Productions. It is distributed by 21st Hapilos Digital and is available on iTunes.
“The song is getting a lot of airplay on the radio, and is doing well in the streets and that is very encouraging to me because it is a message that I am trying to get across to the youths, that there is a better tomorrow, so they cannot give in to hopelessness and desperation. Hustle, work, but don’t do anything stupid that you will regret for the rest of your life,” said Blak Ryno.
“The song start pick up overseas as well, I see it getting spins on stations in Connecticut, New York, Miami, and we plan to shoot a video soon,” he continued.
Over the last few months, Blak Ryno has mended fences with former nemesis Popcaan, regained a US work permit, and inked a distribution, booking and recording deal with JA Productions which will see him releasing his first album in 2015.
“We are looking at a 14-track album which will be released later this year on iTunes. We have completed most of it so far, dancehall fans can look out for that,”
he said.
