Just in case you didn’t know, video games are awesome! They can be enjoyed with friends, real or virtual. Or you can just fully commit to your life as a recluse and enjoy videogames all by yourself, where clothing is optional. However you choose to enjoy them is up to you. And just in case you don’t agree, here are a few games out that may just change your mind.

Lego Jurassic World

Kholat

Need a little horror in your life? Well we have something that will fix you right up. And that something is

Kholat, the adventure horror game developed by independent Polish studio IMGN.PRO.  The game was inspired by a real-life event known as the Dyatlov Pass Incident which took place in the Northern Ural Mountains in 1959. In the game we follow the path of the group of nine Russian students that mysteriously die on their expedition, their corpses found near an abandoned encampment. Players are thrown into the area where the tragedy occurred, a frozen forest in the dead of night, and are tasked with finding their way to the target while avoiding attack from whatever creatures lurk in the dark.

Kholat uses the game mechanic known as fear manager, this creates a grim atmosphere of dread and anxiety based on the player’s actions. The level of fear changes as you get deeper into the game making for a truly terrifying game play.

Tuk-Ruk

Release date: June 8

In this fast paced 2D action/puzzle platform game you play as one of four

Tuk-Ruk characters, each with their special abilities. Use these abilities to complete various tasks as you explore the jungle. Track down the absent minded Zooks and guide them to safety all while avoiding the territorial Guz Guz; wake up the sleeping Tuk-Ruks, who have succumbed to a serious case of niggeritis; or collect the various fruits scattered throughout the forest. But beware to finish these tasks before nightfall, when the wumpire bats come out. They’re known to enjoy a Tuk-Ruk cocktail.
