Kesha Rose Sebert, known for pop hits and her affinity for fun party songs and glitter, is locked in a serious legal battle with producer Dr. Luke.

Twenty-eight year old Kesha has alleged that over the course of their ten year working relationship the producer has raped and abused her repeatedly. Dr. Luke has fired back with a counter suit claiming that the allegations are false and are because Kesha does not want to honour her contract with him and with their Sony label.

It appears that Sony is siding with Dr. Luke, saying that they had not received reports or complaints and had no reason to believe he had ever mistreated or acted maliciously towards the pop star.

Unfortunately for Kesha she is unable to release any material currently and this will remain the case until the suit is settled or resolved. Her attorneys have asked for a speedy trial in an effort to allow her to salvage her status and brand viability which is apparently suffering.

Kesha has not released anything since her chart-topping collaborative effort Timber that was released two years ago.
