Charged are 48-year-old Errol ‘Scarcher’ Clarke, of Green Island in the parish, and 24-year-old Mikhail ‘Troy’ Campbell of Mountain Side, in March Town.
The men have been charged jointly with six counts of murder, six counts of conspiracy to commit murder, four counts of attempted murder, arson and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
Charges were laid following a question-and-answer session in the presence of their attorney. The men are scheduled to appear before the Lucea Resident Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday October 27, 2015.
The police are also asking a man known only as ‘Wingie’, who frequents Green Island and Negril, to report to the Lucea police immediately.
Four members of the family attacked were hospitalised after rampaging gunmen peppered them with bullets before torching their five-bedroom board house.
