Junior Tucker to launch album
Pastor and gospel artiste Junior Tucker will be launching his latest album Jesus Famous at the True Word and Worship Church at the New Kingston Shopping Centre in Kingston on Saturday, November 7.
“I’m trying to reach the unsaved, musicians I use to work with. I’m trying to reach hurting Christians, the ‘overchurched’ and the ‘unchurched’,” said Tucker.
A day before his album launch, Tucker will officially launch his True Word and Worship Church at the same venue.
Tucker, who was a child pop star, studied theology and Psychology in the United States of America. He served as pastor, preacher, worship leader and in other ministry capacities in several churches for 15 years.
“If 13 or 14 years ago, you told me that I was going to be a pastor, I’d laugh… but the bible says that every step of a righteous man is ordered,” said Tucker.
