MANY drivers went all out for victory instead of playing it safe to secure points for class championships, as the 2015 Jamaica Karting Association (JKA) season came to an exciting close at the Palisadoes International Raceway in Kingston last Sunday.

“It was a great way to end the year,” Heather Eaton, JKA president, told Auto.

In Comer50, it was a double win for Shane Chisholm, while the same was for Ryan Lue in Comer80.

Rotax Min Max saw class rivals Ryan Chisholm and Senna Summerbell split a race final win each. The double race winner trend continued in Rotax Juniors as Jonathan Law took both his class race finals. Rotax Seniors saw a massive fight between the trio of Collin Daley Jr, Jonathan Law, and William Myers.

Things got even more thrilling as the Abe Ziadie Memorial saw the competitors in a staggered race to the finish line. With racers set off at intervals based on their fastest times for the day, the result was a nail-biter, where the victor, Senna Summerbell, was only decided in the closing moments.
