PHOTOS: Jamaica Observer at PAJ Awards 2015

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The work of journalists and media practitioners on Saturday night took centre stage at the Press Association of Jamaica’s National Journalism Awards.

The Jamaica Observer walked away with four awards from the ceremony at the Courtleigh Auditorium in New Kingston.

Ace photographer Bryan Cummings copped the Aston Rhoden Award for News Photography for the Jamaica Observer. Best Cover Design’ for newspapers went to Associate Editor, Design, Rorie Atkinson, while Kimberley Hibbert was awarded with the Theodore Seally/Hector Bernard Award for News.

The Observer also took the prize for ‘Best News Website’, much to the delight of the committed online team.
