Police probe death of US citizen in Dominica
ROSEAU, Dominica (CMC) — Police are investigating the death of 51-old American national, Peter Heb, whose body was found on a bed with a bullet wound to the head on Monday.
Police public relations officer, Sergeant Pelham JnoBaptiste, said that they are treating the death of the owner of the Cabrits Dive Center, as “suspicious”.
The police said Heb, of New York, was found “lying on his bed with a wound to the head and a 9mm pistol in close proximity to his body”.
The police said a coroner’s inquest will be convened, but reiterated that it is treating Heb’s death as a suspicious one.
