St Elizabeth Technical High School’s Nigel Ellis powers his way to victory in the boys’ Class One 200m at Digicel/COCAA Western Champs final at the Montego Bay Sports Complex in February. Ellis won the double, setting a new meet record 10.20 seconds in the 100m.
